Delivery preferences and the finer details are confirmed after your request, through a short follow-up survey we send by email or LINE. Our toy concierge then plans the box individually around your child’s age and personality — so there is no need to get everything perfect on this form.

    What the follow-up survey asks (examples)

    After you send the form, we follow up by email or LINE with a short survey so the toy concierge can plan your box. It covers things like:

    • Your preferred delivery date (earliest: 2 business days)
    • Your child’s name, birth date, and personality
    • Toys you already have at hand, and toys you’d rather avoid
    • Whether siblings will share the toys
    • Delivery to an address other than the one you registered
    • Gift deliveries
    • Optional arrangements, such as longer or annual plans
