Send us a booking request for short-term toy rental during your stay in Japan — it takes about 2 minutes.

日本にお住まいの方へ / If you live in Japan

The short-term rental described here is for families traveling to Japan. If you live in Japan, the regular Japanese subscription can be used for a single trip or a school holiday, and it can be delivered to a hotel or weekly apartment as well. The Japanese guide below covers the lead time before delivery and how the return works.

No payment at this step. This is a request, not a confirmed booking.

We check delivery to your accommodation and toy availability first, then reply by email within 2 business days (Japan time). Payment happens later, through a secure link — never by email or chat.

Only the basics are needed here. Please enter the basic information of the person who will be making the payment.

Delivery preferences and the finer details are confirmed after your request, through a short follow-up survey we send by email or LINE. Our toy concierge then plans the box individually around your child’s age and personality — so there is no need to get everything perfect on this form.

Full name * — please use the same name as your hotel reservation. If the room is booked under someone else (e.g. your partner), write that name in the notes — otherwise the hotel cannot find your delivery when we confirm it.

Nationality (optional)

Email address *

Toy delivery date * — when should the toys arrive? Format: year-month-day, e.g. 2026-08-10

The date you fly home * — format: year-month-day, e.g. 2026-08-24

Where you’ll stay in Japan * — hotel / apartment / relative’s home. Please list the name and address of each place in the order you will stay there. This helps us prepare shipping labels in advance for transferring your rental toys between hotels. If not booked yet, please list the cities in the same order. Thank you for your help.

Your children’s ages * (e.g. “1 and 4”)

Anything else? (optional — quiet toys, allergies, toy preferences, preferred messaging app…)

This form is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

What the follow-up survey asks (examples)

After you send the form, we follow up by email or LINE with a short survey so the toy concierge can plan your box. It covers things like:

Your preferred delivery date (earliest: 2 business days)
Your child’s name, birth date, and personality
Toys you already have at hand, and toys you’d rather avoid
Whether siblings will share the toys
Delivery to an address other than the one you registered
Gift deliveries
Optional arrangements, such as longer or annual plans
